Meloetta

Meloetta the melody Pokémon, my first time trying to draw this cutie.

Here's the rough sketch:

For the steps, I used illusrator first this time, made the drawing in vector:

 then imported them into photoshop for texture and coloring.

Adding a background definitely has a finish look.
